On Wednesday Government of Telangana Approved the allotment of 15.000 Double bedrooms. For rehabilitation of the poor families to displaced due to Musi Riverfront.
A level survey of the Musi river bed revealed, about 15,000 houses identified in the river area structure. Most families identified as poor.
Field survey report says that 15,000 people live near the Musi riverfront.
Musi River Front Development Corporation Limited (MRDCL) conducted a filed survey. Survey says apromx 15,000 families lives on riverfront of Musi.
Many of these families struggle with inadequate housing. Majority population comes below poverty line. Managing director of MRDCL requested government intervention. Telangana Housing Corpation Limited (TGHCL) blacked this proposal.

Telangana government approved allocation of 15,000 2BHK houses as a humanitarian effort. Directors of TGHCL and MRDCL with commissioner of GHMC District collector will cooperate to this project.
