Two years have passed since the recruitment notification for junior lectures. But, the hiring process has yet finished. leaving hundreds of aspirants in a state of despair and uncertainty.
Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) notified a list of 17 subjects. Only 7 subject selections has announced. Other 10 selections list is yet to announce. Majority posts are in other these 10 subjects. which is being delayed.

After 14 years, previous BRS issued notifications for junior lectures in 2022. long years of preparation, several candidates made it to the general ranking list. But they are now facing indefinite wait due to slow progress in recruitment process.
Aspers staged a protest at Praja Bhavan. They demanded appointment letters for candidates named in the selection list. One among them named Suman a wheelchair JI aspirant. Suman secured an impressive position in general ranking list.
according to Suman government announced Group I-Main selection list. With a 1:50 ratio in a month of prelims. This sets a record by filling near 11,000 teaching posts through DSC in just 2 months.
Why delay recruitment?
“Why delaying recruitment process to 1,392 posts” Suman questioned. He said they approached ministers advisors to government. But TGPSC expedites the process but there is little progress.
Many aspirants are Anxious and Depressed.
After 14 years notification announced by the government. The process is slowed down. Seats reduced to just 1,392. Heavy competition and lack to guarantee to their future. All this is leaving Telangana Junior Lectures Aspirant’s Anxious and Depressed.
